First Steps in choosing your care home

Carers share a moment together

Carers share a moment together

We understand that when the time comes to choosing a home, it can be a difficult time for you and your loved ones. There is a sometimes overwhelming array of options to choose from.

  1. Choose the right location
  2. Read the Inspection Reports
  3. Visit the home

Once you have a preferred location in your mind, it is a good idea to take a look at the performance and ratings of some of the Care Homes you are considering. We publish our Inspection Reports on this website and make them available in the home, and are proud of our high standards, whist always seeking to improve.

Visit the homes you are considering and spend as much time as you can to get to know the atmosphere and layout of the home, the staff and residents. You are welcome to come to visit Bridge View House at any time, take a tour and spend the morning or afternoon with us. You can visit as often as you like before making your mind up.

This is the best care home I have visited. I feel confident with my loved one being here.
